My name is Anne Vollaard, and I’m a Dutch writer and poet. I started writing from the moment I could hold a pen. I remember writing notebooks full of rippling lines. The lines became letters that became words that transformed into sentences and stories. Writing stories: that is basically what I still do.
I work as a lead creative copywriter in advertising and for large international tech companies. At this moment, I’m working on my second novel in the field of romantic fiction. I graduated in Philosophy and Dutch.
I live in a blue house in a small village near Amsterdam, together with my three kids.
With words I try to catch the daylight around us.
